AICC – Alberta Internal Case Competition

AICC is an immersive opportunity to fine tune your case competition skills, any and all skill levels are welcome!

The case competition split into two divisions, Seniors and Juniors. Juniors get to work on their case for 24-hours, Seniors get to work on their case for 3-hours.

The competition will be October 13th – October 14th (ending at about 5:30 pm) the cost per-individual is $20.


Junior Division

Junior Division (first year) Business students are welcome to sign-up in pairs OR a full team of 4. Juniors who sign-up in pairs can then be paired with another duo of first year Business students. Sign-up starts September 29th.

The Junior Division starts Friday, October 13th at 8:00 am and will have 24-hours to complete the case. Sign-in for Juniors starts at 8:15 am on October 14th in the MBA Lounge, competition will start briefly afterwards.

For the Junior Division, there too will be a seminar on October 13th with Adam Danyleko – a past JDC West academic participant – will be present for a case-based presentation and Q & A from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm (the room has yet to be confirmed).

The seminar is optional but could certainly be worth your while!


Senior Division

Senior students – any Business student in their second year of Business studies or higher – sign-up in full teams of 3. Sign-up starts September 27th.

The Senior Division starts Saturday, October 14th at 10:00 am and will have 3-hours to complete the case. Sign-in for Seniors starts at 9:30 am on October 14th in the MBA Lounge.
