Winter Gala is coming soon!

The Business Students’ Association proudly invites you to the 2020 Alberta School of Business Winter Gala!

The Winter Gala is the highlight of the social season and will be an evening of glitz, glamour, and celebration alongside your ASOB peers and faculty. Join us for a Greatest Showman-themed evening at the beautiful Matrix Hotel, including a gourmet plated 3-course meal, a casino room, a special performance, and dance, complete with in-house DJ!

The gala will be on January 24th, 2020 at the Matrix Hotel. The event begins at 5:00 pm, with dinner at 7:30 pm, and a dance party from 9:30 pm into the night.

Tickets are $60.00 and can be purchased at the BSA Office during the new semester, or can be purchased online via the event ticket link on Facebook!

How do I purchase my ticket?

Tickets may be purchased online through our eventbrite ticket link here. Tickets may also be purchased at the BSA Office (BUS 2-06) between 11am-2pm Monday through Friday. Tickets will be on sale until January 14th or until all are sold, so be sure to get yours soon!

How do I form my table?

Students may sit together in groups of up to 10 with individuals of their choosing. To set your table, get together the names of the people you would like to be sitting at your table, as well as their emails, dietary restrictions, and Cohort number (if applicable). Come by the BSA Office (BUS 2-06) between our office hours of 11am-2pm, and one of our directors or executives will sign you and your friends up for a table.

My friend(s) has not paid yet, can they still join my table?

Yes, your friend may still join your table if they have not yet paid for their ticket, but they will be required to purchase a ticket before the final sale date of January 14th or they will risk losing their spot. Make sure everyone buys a ticket, as you may not attend the Gala without one.

Can I bring a date or friend if they are not in the Faculty of Business, attend another school, or are not a student?

Yes! If your partner or friend that would like to join you does not happen to be an ASoB student, they are still welcome to attend the Gala. You may purchase a ticket on their behalf, and must provide the above information to the BSA when adding them to your table.
